Biography

Dr. Sandor Fekete began his legal practice in a banking environment. He spent six years in investment banking and participated in numerous corporate investment and acquisition projects.

Dr. Fekete’s experience acquired in the area of banking law includes project financing and management issues. He took part in bank consolidation projects allowing him to obtain wide-range practical experience in work-outs.

Dr. Fekete was general counsel of a real estate management, development, and investment company for four years taking advantage of his professional experience in managing banking real estate investments.

As the founder of his law firm he provides general legal advice primarily to companies using his experience in corporate law.

Dr. Fekete’s professional back-ground in the area of real estate and construction law enabled him to participate in significant domestic real estate investments and to provide legal services to leading actors in the real estate market.

He acts as a litigator on a regular basis in civil and commercial cases.

Dr. Fekete is the partner of the Hungarian office of the international legal network, LegalAgain. He speaks English.
In his free time, Dr. Fekete regularly engages in sports and, if possible, he travels with his family and friends.
